At Fancy Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy terms below for in-store and online purchases.

Return & Exchange Timelines

• In-Store Purchases: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. You must present your original store receipt at the time of return or exchange.

• Online Orders (Canada & USA): Returns and exchanges are accepted within 20 days from the date you receive your shipment.

Condition Requirements & Item Restrictions

• Clothing & Apparel: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition with all original Fancy Label swing tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that are torn, soiled, or damaged due to improper care or wear.

• Fragrances & Home Scents: Due to the nature of these products, there are strictly NO returns or exchanges on Perfumes, Colognes, Home Fragrances, Bakhoor, or Ater once opened. Returns are only accepted if the items are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

• Hijabs & Under-caps: For hygiene and health safety, opened packages of scarves (hijabs) and hijab caps are non-refundable and final sale.

How Online Returns Work

1. Submit a Request: Complete the returns form in full. Once submitted, our team will review your request and notify you of the return shipping arrangements and cost.

2. Shipping & Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

3. Mailing Address:

   Fancy Label

   #31, 3800 Memorial Drive NE

   Calgary, AB (Marlborough Mall)

4. Processing & Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges: All exchange requests are subject to product availability.
